FuelAdvice.com customers have the option to interface directly to the Trip Plan and Fuel Query functions through third party providers, such as: dispatch system providers, mobile communications providers, 3PL’s, load board services, freight matching services, etc.
Contact your third party provider to check on the availability of this option. If it does not currently exist, they may be willing to provide it as a value-added service to you, their customer.
The integration is easy and straightforward. All that is needed to generate trip plans and fuel queries through FuelAdvice.com is a live Internet connection and the ability to program an HTML Form Post using a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) connection. Most Web development languages provide libraries or object-oriented code that can do this, and our API documentation includes sample Java code that can get you started.
